ProofPoint — Marketing Performance Tracking App
Problem
Marketing agencies and their sponsors struggle to prove the real-world performance of a promotion or activation. Sponsors' first question is always "did this work?" and agencies lack a fast, credible way to answer it.
Solution
A three-role app (Campaign Manager, Brand/Sponsor, Field Rep) capturing real-time interaction and sales-adjacent data from the field, with automated PDF reporting for agencies and a self-service analytics portal for sponsors.

ProofPoint helps marketing agencies and their brand sponsors track the output and performance of a promotion or marketing activation in real time — collecting buyer and demographic information from field marketing reps on mobile devices, with sales data captured through a layered strategy (rep-confirmed purchases and QR-code tracking at MVP, with retailer API/POS partnerships pursued in parallel).
Three roles: Campaign Manager (agency side — control centre with live interaction counts, rep management, a PDF report builder with template selection and one-click sponsor delivery), Brand/Sponsor (a self-service analytics portal with KPI scorecards, sales-uplift charts, and anonymised/aggregated demographic breakdowns — intentionally read-only on raw buyer data to stay privacy-compliant), and Field Rep (a mobile interaction logger with shift tracking and live stats).
A working clickable prototype exists today (Manager and Rep roles; Sponsor role scoped for the next iteration), along with a full screen-by-screen design plan and a branded training manual. Planned stack: Supabase (Postgres, real-time, auth) and React Native/Expo for a single iOS/Android codebase.
Status: seeking a first pilot agency and campaign to validate demand before further build investment.
